So there I was, sitting down minding my own business, reading a really interesting book, when all of a sudden my sister says, "Sylvia, Sylvia, look at what Ina is making today! Doesn't it look good? We have sharp cheddar in the refrigerator." Was that supposed to be a subtle hint?! Anyway, it did look really yummy, so I decided to go and make this recipe. Hello there, my name is Sylvia. I am a self-taught baker, who has been told that I must be "charmed" because everything I bake comes out simply divine! I wish that I would have been able to go to culinary school, but it was, and still is too expensive. So, I had to settle for getting my BA, and recently my MA at a public four-year college, since my parents and I are paying for my education. I'm hoping that once I get into the work force, I will be able to save up enough money to attend culinary school. Yep, that is my dream!
