I woke up this morning in serious need of "brain food." However, I wanted something sweet. Then I remembered this yummy Apple Oven-Pancake from Williams-Sonoma! It has very little sugar and flour, but tons of protein from the amount of eggs. This was definitely a "win-win" situation!
