As today, is the second Friday of Lent, I wanted to carry in on the tradition of "No Meat" Fridays. My mom and I made these delicious Tilapia fish fillets and french fries and served them with "Bob Big Boy's Tarter Sauce." While I was busy making bread crumbs and cutting up the fries, my mom chopped up this amazing coleslaw and whipped up the dressing out of a few simple ingredients, just like my paternal grandpa, Bud, did. My sister, Chrissy, couldn't resist serving the food and taking pictures of it. She had a vision for these pictures, and I think that they came out beautifully. What do you all think?!
