Call 'em Conchitas or Conchas either way, their delicious.

If you've read my previous blog entries, you'll know how much I love making Mexican bread! I was surprised to see this recipe for Conchitas/Conchas in Nick Malgieri's book, "Bake!" However, he didn't call them by their traditional name, he called them Mexican Buns made with brioche dough. So, I decided to give them a try. And, I'm so glad that I did, because they were perfect! The topping was so yummy too!
