Classic Banana Bundt Cake

First off, let me start by saying that I am not a huge fan of bananas or banana anything for that matter, but this Classic Banana Bundt Cake from Dorie Greenspan's book, "Baking from My Home to Yours," was really good. It wasn't too dense like other banana bundt recipes that I've tried and have eaten in the past. So, if your a fan of banana bread or cake, then this would be a recipe that you'd love!

Banana Crumb Coffee Cake

I've said it 100 times, I really do not like anything banana, but this crumb cake recipe by Nick Malgieri in his book, "Bake!" is extraordinary. The cake is tender, the banana turns into a smooth jam like consistency, and the crumb is delicate, yet crunchy. This banana coffee cake was a winner in my book. By the way, I didn't have coconut on hand, so I did his recommend substitution and used toasted almonds in it's place.

Marbled Chocolate Banana Loaf

This quick bread left me completely speechless. Like I've mentioned before, I'm not a fan of "banana" breads or desserts, but Dorie Greenspan didn't fail me...she was right, you can barely tell that the white swirl is actually banana! Thank you Dorie for publishing, "Baking From My Home to Yours!"
