Top o' the mornin' to 'ya! This wee 'lil Irish lass got up bright and early this morning to make a Lemon-glazed, Irish Tea Cake especially for the occasion! However, I have been known to whip this quick bread up in a jiffy throughout the year. I simply love it; and, so does everyone who tries it!
