I woke up this morning and remembered that I had some beautiful Prosciutto di Parma in the refrigerator. However, I was a little sad because I couldn't find the frittata recipe that I love the most. So, after a bit of searching online, I decided to make Giada De Laurentiis' Frittata with Potato and Prosciutto. I am so glad that I got the chance to make it; it is simply divine! As a self-proclaimed potato fan, I was in heaven, as their presence was quite noticeable throughout the frittata. Fresh slices of tomato and fresh Sheephearder's bread with butter paired nicely with the one skillet wonder!
