Giada De Laurentiis' Frittata with Potato and Prosciutto
I woke up this morning and remembered that I had some beautiful Prosciutto di Parma in the refrigerator. However, I was a little sad because I couldn't find the frittata recipe that I love the most. So, after a bit of searching online, I decided to make Giada De Laurentiis' Frittata with Potato and Prosciutto. I am so glad that I got the chance to make it; it is simply divine! As a self-proclaimed potato fan, I was in heaven, as their presence was quite noticeable throughout the frittata. Fresh slices of tomato and fresh Sheephearder's bread with butter paired nicely with the one skillet wonder! Hello there, my name is Sylvia. I am a self-taught baker, who has been told that I must be "charmed" because everything I bake comes out simply divine! I wish that I would have been able to go to culinary school, but it was, and still is too expensive. So, I had to settle for getting my BA, and recently my MA at a public four-year college, since my parents and I are paying for my education. I'm hoping that once I get into the work force, I will be able to save up enough money to attend culinary school. Yep, that is my dream!
