Apple Quince Galette

This was totally my creation! I love the mixture of apple and quince. Both fruits shout out the arrival of Fall and totally compliment each other! :)

Who is the Charmed Baker?

Hello there, my name is Sylvia. I am a self-taught baker, who has been told that I must be "charmed" because everything I bake comes out simply divine! I wish that I would have been able to go to culinary school, but it was, and still is too expensive. So, I had to settle for getting my BA, and recently my MA at a public four-year college, since my parents and I are paying for my education. I'm hoping that once I get into the work force, I will be able to save up enough money to attend culinary school. Yep, that is my dream!
