Tonight I got a little break from baking, even though I would have preferred to be baking up a storm, instead of watching TV. My sister, Chrissy, made these "Coffee-Break Muffins," from Dorie Greenspan's book, "Baking from My Home To Yours." They were light and airy, and tasted really good.
